Notification checklist

1. Open iPhone Settings and confirm notifications are allowed for Oftly.
2. Check whether a Focus is silencing the notification you expect.
3. Confirm the Nudge is on and the current time is inside its active hours.
4. Open Oftly once after changing time zone, notification settings, or a schedule.

When you email

Include your iOS version, the Nudge frequency and active hours, and the step that produced the problem. Screenshots help, but hide any private Nudge text or notifications first.

Support should never need the personal words inside your Nudges.
