Your Nudges stay on your phone.

Oftly is built without an account or backend. This policy describes the planned beta app and this website as of September 25, 2026.

The Oftly app

Your Nudges and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. Oftly does not require an account, and we do not operate a server that receives or stores the words you put in your Nudges.

Apple delivers scheduled notifications through iOS. Notification content can appear on your Lock Screen according to the notification privacy settings you choose in iOS.

Diagnostics

The planned beta does not include advertising identifiers, behavioral profiles, or third-party marketing SDKs. If crash reporting or other diagnostics are added, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

This website

This site does not use cookies or host its own signup form. Its buttons link to email or an externally hosted beta form. An external beta or email service handles your request under its own privacy policy.

We count visits withFathom Analytics, which does not set cookies. For each page view, Fathom receives the page address, the referring site, your browser and device type, your approximate country, and how long the page stayed open. It counts unique visits with a one-way hash salted daily rather than storing your raw IP address, and we only see aggregate totals, never individual visitors. We keep those totals for as long as the site uses Fathom.
