Add a few phrases to one Nudge. Oftly rotates them so you don’t see the same one every time.
Choose how often it appears—from every 15 minutes to once a week. Set the days and hours that work for you.
How it works
Give each Nudge a message and tell it when to appear.
Type a phrase you want to see again, like “Wherever you go, there you are.” Add more if you want.
Set when it can appear and when it should stay quiet.
Read the notification. Nothing to tap, log, or complete.
A few examples
A line from your practice. A note to your future self. Or the thing you keep meaning to remember. If you’d write it on a sticky note, it belongs in a Nudge.
Return to the breath.

Repeat one reminder or build a list around a theme. Choose Shuffle, Random, or In Order. Choose how often it appears, which days, and what hours it stays quiet.

A widget shows your latest phrase and what’s next, in the font you choose. Pause from the widget when you want quiet. If you want to keep it private, show only the Nudge’s name.

I’d use thisReach for one of your own phrases on demand without changing its scheduled rotation.
I’d use thisShow a private shorthand on your Lock Screen, then reveal the full words when you open it.

I’d use thisUse optional questions to turn what matters to you into a Nudge, written in your own words.
